Stanley (Bud) Wayne Duininck was born August 25, 1929 in Rheiderland Township, Chippewa County, Minnesota, to John & Alma (VanBuren) Duininck. He was baptized and made profession of faith at the First CRC of Prinsburg, MN. His testimony to those that know him best was that his profession was profoundly deepened when facing a serious health crisis in 1996 as he placed this trial in the hands of his Lord and Savor Jesus Christ. Bud attended a one room school in Chippewa County. He grew up on the family farm and farmed with his father for many years. He married Arlene Meyer at Bunde Christian Reformed Church on June 25, 1952. They were blessed with 65 years of marriage and had three sons, ten grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Bud was also employed with Zylstra trucking, Duininck Brothers Inc. (Duininck Companies) and Prinsburg Farmers CO-OP. Bud had a passion for gardening as well as a great appreciation for Gods animal kingdom, especially riding and caring for horses. In later years he drove school bus for Central Minnesota Christian School where he befriended the children that he was entrusted to transport from home to school as well as other school events. Many of these children now grown still acknowledge Bud as “my favorite bus driver”. The last two years of Bud’s life were spent with his wife Arlene in Prinsburg feeding the birds and sitting in his favorite lawn chair waving at all who should pass by. He is survived by his wife Arlene of Prinsburg and three sons and daughter in-laws: Gregg (Lynn), Kim (Laurie) and Ronn (Darlene) Duininck all of Prinsburg. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild: Lisa Haukos, Cody; Colton Haukos &Leonor, Maverick; Nate & Tolli Duininck, Sidney, Bo; Amber & Zach Rolffs; Lacy & Ryan Punt, Maya, Mason; Courtney & Shaun Weatherman, Kylee, Cooper, Decker; Shaya & Brandon Schmiesing, Tucker; Roy & Jamie Duininck, Breanna, Silas, Hudson; Carl Duininck; Rachel & Brandon Orsten, Owen, Kalley; Jared & Stephanie Duininck and one sister, Goldie Negen of Willmar, besides other relatives and friends.
